Business Mentoring

When you’re “stuck in the weeds” and have no one you can really talk things through with, the pressure increases.

  • You can’t always reach out to your family or friends (for fear of judgement, them not truly understanding or you simply don’t want to worry them).

  • Your team (if you have one) need you to lead. To be strong.

  • You end up carrying the business alone.

Mentor2Mentor was formed to give business owners a room where:

  • You feel less lonely

  • You feel truly seen, heard and understood

  • You have a supportive, trusted peer group surrounding you

  • You can openly say – in a strictly confidential space - without fear of judgement “This is what I am dealing with, please help”

  • Facilitated, shared conversations deliver clear outcomes and tangible results

  • Where you work on your business (rather than in it) and watch the magic happen

Your Outcomes..

  • Shared Learnings : Smarter Decisions : Stronger Business

About the Founder

I'm a connector at heart: business owner, facilitator, mentor, moderator, emcee and networker.

What ties this all together?

A simple belief that business doesn't have to be lonely.

That belief led me to found Mentor2Mentor, where we help business owners stop white-knuckling it alone and start growing alongside people who genuinely get it.

Over my 45 years in business, I've built and run The Golden Ladle (corporate catering), TBF Investments (financial planning), Ladybird Gifts (corporate gifting) and Tluda (online gifts), and now Mentor2Mentor.

So you could say I've done a "fair bit" of business!

I'm also Mum to 2, Grandma to 6 and Great Grandma to 5 little ones, so life is full and wonderfully hectic 🧡

Every business, and every piece of life experience, has taught me something I now bring into the rooms I facilitate.
If there's one thread running through it all, it's this: I'm always looking to help, and I love going the extra mile for people, in life and in business.
