Women Leading AI
A morning of learning and connection for women founders, leaders and high school students, sponsored by Investment NSW and hosted at KPMG Parramatta.
ESBWA was proud to support Women Leading AI, a morning that brought together over 50 women founders, leaders and high school students from across Western Sydney around one question: how do you bring AI into your work, or build a new pathway with it?
Dr Jaclyn Aldenhoven, Executive Director, Fostering Innovation at Investment NSW, opened the event. Narisha Karan, Director at KPMG Australia, followed with a keynote on transformative change that builds people up.
ESBWA Founder & CEO Amanda Rose then facilitated a panel of women founders: Mona Chiha of JurisTechne, Zainab Mohammadi of Optara Systems and Ann-Mary Rajanayagam of Alderon. They talked through the problems they're solving in their businesses and where they see AI heading.
Chaitali Samani closed the session with the areas worth upskilling in and what the Institute of Applied Technology offers. The morning wrapped with networking, and a room full of talented, smart women keen to bring AI into their work or build new pathways with emerging technology.
